ROLE OVERVIEW
Deputy Manager / Finance Operations Manager responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, revenue assurance, and billing controls for Max Lab.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Oversee end-to-end billing and revenue accounting across diagnostic centres and laboratories.
- •Develop and monitor internal controls covering the complete revenue and collection cycle.
- •Monitor corporate/B2B receivables, drive reduction in DSO, and coordinate collections.
- •Review financial performance, profitability, and cash flows of individual diagnostic centres.
- •Prepare and publish monthly/weekly finance MIS and management dashboards.
- •Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory requirements in coordination with respective teams.
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Head of Finance / Chief Financial Officer
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (e.g., CA / MBA Finance).
- 6-10 years of experience in finance operations, revenue assurance, or accounts receivable within healthcare or diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, LIMS integration, and financial controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and MIS reporting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience in diagnostic or hospital chain finance operations.
- •Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in India.
