This agreement represents a binding contract between you (the user) and **Mindblowing Jobs**. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company, CRO, or institutional partner, you certify that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity to this contract.

// 2. Description of Services

The Community serves as a career intelligence directory focusing on health and life sciences. The Platform offers:

• Semantic bioscience job listings and company registry details.
• A digital career dashboard to log competencies and specializations.
• Integrations matching professional qualifications with academy credentials.
• Recruiting portals connecting qualified professionals directly to talent acquisition departments.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or terminate platform components at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

// 3. Account Obligations

To access search features, save roles, or sync credentials, you must create a registered account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete profile records.
• Maintain the confidentiality of password keys and account session credentials.
• Promptly notify the security administrators of any unauthorized logins or account security breaches.

Mindblowing Jobs holds the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

// 4. Scraping & Prohibitions

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Circumvent or attempt to bypass security layers, access limits, or API quotas.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or run vectors designed to disrupt database integrity.
• Impersonate other professionals, graduates, academic officers, or recruiting agents.

// 5. Academy Verification

The synchronization of academic credentials (the "Academy Sync" feature) fetches course achievements directly from affiliated academic partners.

While our affiliated academic partners verify candidate credentials upon course completion, you remain responsible for maintaining accurate representations on your Platform profile. Mindblowing Jobs reserves the right to audit, modify, or revoke badges shown on profiles if discrepancy reports emerge from the underlying academic ledger.

// 6. Recruitment Disclaimer

The Community serves as an information broker and carrier intelligence engine. **Mindblowing Jobs is not an employer, recruitment agency, or labor broker.**

We do not guarantee that job opportunities posted by third-party recruiters will remain open, that candidate applications will be reviewed, or that interviews/hiring outcomes will occur. All interactions, contractual relationships, and negotiations between candidate professionals and recruiters are strictly between those respective parties.

// 7. Enterprise Terms

For enterprise organizations, CROs, and recruitment agencies utilizing the platform to post job vacancies or search candidate logs:

• Hiring data sharing is subject to our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
• You agree to utilize candidate records solely for recruitment matching purposes and refrain from selling user profile details to third-party marketing brokers.
• Payment schedules for enterprise hiring logs and premium searches are governed by custom master service agreements executed between the client and Mindblowing Jobs.

// 8. Intellectual Property

The visual interfaces, design assets, custom graphics, search engines, code blocks, and educational guide indexes hosted on The Community are protected under copyright, trademark, and trade dress regulations belonging to Mindblowing Jobs.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content on the Platform for career research and professional applications. No portion of this site may be duplicated without our express written consent.

// 9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINDBLOWING JOBS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FIT FOR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MINDBLOWING JOBS OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF USER ACCESS, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR RECRUITER ENGAGEMENT.

// 10. Governing Law

These terms and your utilization of the Platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes stemming from this agreement must be submitted to the courts located in Bengaluru, India.
