ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver global treasury and cash accounting services, including bank reconciliations and GL transit account clearings.
Execute month-end closure activities, manual journal postings, financial instrument bookings, and Forex net position calculations.
Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of treasury accounting professionals, fostering employee engagement and individual development plans.
Ensure full compliance with IFRS, local GAAPs, internal control guidelines, and SOX audit requirements.
Identify process optimization opportunities and participate in financial automation initiatives across global entities.
