ROLE OVERVIEW
Supervise daily project management operations, ensure high service levels, and lead a dynamic team in Bengaluru.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Ensure appropriate resources are available and provide day-to-day team supervision
- •Develop, train, and coach team members
- •Coordinate and monitor progress against Quality, Cost, and Delivery metrics
- •Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs
- •Publish and communicate performance metrics
- •Manage and resolve customer complaints and service failures
- •Conduct thorough performance evaluations
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Operations Manager • Team size: 10-15 team members

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
