ROLE OVERVIEW
Manager, Clinical Operations responsible for team oversight, clinical project delivery, resource planning, staff development, quality control, client management, and compliance with clinical research standards and regulations.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Oversee team performance and project delivery quality
- •manage staffing, resource allocation, assignments, productivity, and quality control
- •monitor project deliverables, documentation, metrics, timelines, and budgets
- •provide technical support, coaching, mentoring, and performance management to direct reports
- •support client management, project bids, presentations, and business development activities
- •champion operational and process improvement initiatives
- •ensure compliance with ICH Guidelines, GCP, regulatory agency requirements, Parexel SOPs, and sponsor SOPs
- •maintain a positive and results-oriented team environment
Reporting Hierarchy: Works under the supervision of a Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director and manages direct reports while collaborating with project leadership, sponsors, management, and cross-functional project teams

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Biological Science, Pharmacy, or another health-related discipline, or equivalent nursing/clinical qualification
- substantial clinical research, monitoring, or data management experience
- strong understanding of the clinical trials environment
- previous line management experience
- ability to manage and motivate direct reports
- competent local language and written English
