ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead clinical operations teams at Syneos Health in Hyderabad, overseeing site activations, monitoring, and regulatory submissions.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Line management of Clinical Operations staff including performance reviews and resource allocation
- •Provide expert operational oversight and metric compliance
- •Ensure adherence to SOPs and ICH GCP guidelines
- •Oversee regulatory and startup processes across clinical portfolios
- •Facilitate project and team reviews focusing on budget, schedule, and risk analysis

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing degree, or equivalent
- Extensive clinical research experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech company
- People management experience managing direct reports
- Extensive knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience managing clinical portfolios and clinical operations
- •Strong experience in Regulatory & Startup process
- •Experience with basic financial forecasting and budgeting
