ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full lifecycle recruitment across diverse talent segments, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to build active talent pipelines.
Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill positions using varied attraction channels and sourcing strategies.
Leverage AI-enabled recruiting analytics, CRM/ATS insights, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to optimize hiring funnels and cycle times.
Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business stakeholders, using market intelligence and skills data to influence hiring decisions.
Maintain full compliance with organizational recruitment policies and employment standards while operating at pace in an agile environment.
