ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead global candidate engagement and experience strategies for Sanofi Talent Services across hub locations.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the Candidate Care teams within the hubs
- •Oversee the tracking and analysis of key performance metrics related to candidate care across all hubs
- •Partner closely with the Sourcing Hub Lead and Talent Acquisition Hub Lead to ensure seamless candidate experiences
- •Share best practices, identify areas for improvement, and drive alignment on candidate care processes
- •Partner with and upskill external vendors to ensure their candidate care practices align with global standards
- •Act as a point of escalation for Candidate Care Partners, providing guidance and timely resolution
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Head of Global Talent Services • Team size: 10-15 direct and indirect reports

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or candidate experience leadership
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience working in a global shared services or GBS/GCC environment
- •Familiarity with high-volume recruitment operations exceeding 20k candidates
- •Advanced data analytics and reporting capabilities in talent acquisition
