ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

- •Evaluate options with HRIT and vendors based on original requirements
- •Provide timely and transparent updates on status, decisions, and next steps

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Practical experience in product analysis, business analysis or HR technology
- Ability to investigate a business or user problem and translate input into structured requirements
- Ability to assess scope, impact, priority, dependencies and risk
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective relationship-building skills
- Curious, customer-focused and practical outlook
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience with Workday and/or Eightfold or any other HR System
- •Familiarity with Talent Acquisition or Talent Management technologies (HireVue, Radancy, LinkedIn, Fieldglass)
- •Experience using ServiceNow
- •AI and Digital Fluency
- •Understanding of HR data, access, privacy, security and integration considerations
- •Awareness of candidate, employee, recruiter and manager journeys
