ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Satin Creditcare Network Limited is recruiting a Regional HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations across regional branches in Wardha, Maharashtra. The Regional HR will play a crucial role in supporting business objectives, managing talent, and driving employee engagement across field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end HR generalist activities including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
Conduct attrition analysis, workforce planning, and performance management processes.
Collaborate with business leaders on HR strategies, employee motivation, and career development programs.
Implement employee engagement programs, strengthen organizational culture, and improve retention strategies.
Act as a trusted HR partner for regional and branch teams.
Assist in Full & Final (FnF) settlement processes and ensure timely closure of employee lifecycle activities.
Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards.
Monitor hiring trends, attrition reports, and engagement metrics, sharing insights with Zonal HR and Head Office.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience. Prior experience in the NBFC or Microfinance Industry is preferred.
