ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR service center support via ServiceNow and Workday for global regions, with a primary focus on Europe and Latin America.
Lead and coordinate regional and global HR Connect projects, system and process improvement initiatives, eligible earnings audits, and employee data requests.
Serve as designated subject matter expert for ServiceNow and Workday HCM, maintaining European HR knowledge base and HRSD portal content.
Analyze case management and knowledge metrics to identify operational trends, content gaps, and process optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Guidance
Guide and coach HR Connect team members by sharing best practices, standard operating procedures, and issue resolution approaches.
Partner with HR Technology teams and Knowledge SMEs to translate business requirements into technical system specifications.
Act as a trusted liaison between local HR teams, HR Service Centers, and global HR Centers of Excellence across international time zones.
