ROLE OVERVIEW

Support organizational designs, workforce-planning activities, hiring governance, and data analytics as a Senior Associate at Amgen.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Maintain organizational design data, reports, dashboards, and trackers to support workforce planning and hiring activation
  • •Develop accurate, insightful, and visually effective reports and presentations for leaders
  • •Partner with leaders to organize, analyze, and synthesize workforce reports
  • •Support leaders and the team with operational activities, including planning, tracking actions, and preparing meeting materials
  • •Maintain hiring activation plans across assigned geographies and ensure requirements are activated in compliance with global processes
  • •Strengthen hiring governance and adherence to established guardrails
  • •Collaborate with HR Business Partners on monthly data collection, validation, and publication of job requisitions
  • •Use approved AI-enabled tools, including Codex, to improve data analysis and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of directly related experience (or Associate’s degree with 6 years, or High school diploma with 8 years)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards)
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Ability to use approved AI-enabled tools including Codex
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • •2+ years of relevant experience in organizational design, workforce planning, HR operations, or business analytics
  • •Experience supporting leadership teams through reporting and operational coordination
  • •Experience using AI-enabled productivity or analytical tools in a business environment
