ROLE OVERVIEW
Provide exceptional, specialized critical care to neonates in our state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Monitor vital signs and clinical status of critically ill neonates
- •Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and blood products as prescribed
- •Operate specialized neonatal equipment including ventilators, incubators, and phototherapy units
- •Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient charts
- •Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams
- •Educate and provide emotional support to parents and family members
- •Adhere strictly to hospital infection control and safety protocols
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Nursing Supervisor • NICU Department

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- 1 to 5 years of clinical experience in NICU/Paediatric critical care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- •Specialized certification in neonatal critical care
- •Experience with advanced EHR/HIS hospital systems
