ROLE OVERVIEW
Join Fortis Hospital in Ludhiana as a Nursing Educator to lead clinical training, professional development, and quality nursing education standards.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive nursing education and training programs.
- •Conduct regular clinical skills assessments and continuing education sessions for nursing staff.
- •Orient newly hired nurses and coordinate clinical onboarding processes.
- •Monitor nursing practice compliance and collaborate with quality teams to implement best practices.
- •Maintain detailed training records and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
- •Provide bedside mentoring and guidance to nursing personnel to enhance patient care standards.
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Director of Nursing / Nursing Superintendent • Cross-functional coordination with Clinical Quality and HR Teams

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Post Graduation (M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent)
- Registered Nurse/Midwife
- 2-3 years of clinical nursing or educational experience
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience in a multi-specialty tertiary care hospital
- •Certifications in specialized nursing or clinical instruction
- •Familiarity with hospital accreditation standards (NABH/JCI)
