ROLE OVERVIEW

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards
- •Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical progress meticulously
- •Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- •Assist doctors during medical examinations, rounds, and emergency procedures
- •Educate patients and their families regarding post-discharge care and disease management
- •Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and hospital protocols
- •Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic health records (EHR).

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical ward experience
- Strong knowledge of patient safety and clinical protocols
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- •Certification in BLS / ACLS
- •Experience with HIS / EHR hospital software
