ROLE OVERVIEW
Join People Tree Hospital in Bangalore as an ICU Nurse to provide specialized critical care, monitor high-acuity patients, and deliver compassionate bedside support in a modern intensive care unit.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Monitor and record vital signs, hemodynamic parameters, and physiological status continuously
- •Administer critical care medications, IV fluids, and blood products per physician orders
- •Operate and monitor medical equipment such as ventilators, dialysis units, and infusion pumps
- •Assist intensivists in procedures like endotracheal intubation, central line insertion, and lumbar puncture
- •Perform rapid assessments and initiate emergency resuscitation measures (BLS/ACLS) when required
- •Maintain strict infection control standards and sterile techniques within the ICU environment
- •Maintain precise documentation of patient vital charts, medication administration, and care plans
- •Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding care updates and empathetic support

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM degree
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Demonstrated knowledge of critical care concepts and patient monitoring
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •1+ years of bedside experience in a multi-specialty Intensive Care Unit
- •BLS/ACLS certification
