ROLE OVERVIEW
Provide compassionate support and ensure seamless inpatient care operations within our Inpatient Department (IPD).
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Assist IPD nursing and medical staff with patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes
- •Coordinate daily inpatient care logistics and communicate requirements to relevant hospital departments
- •Monitor patient comfort, address queries, and provide empathetic non-clinical support
- •Maintain accurate and up-to-date inpatient documentation and records in hospital systems
- •Ensure adherence to hospital quality, hygiene, and safety standards across inpatient wards

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation in any discipline or healthcare-related diploma/degree
- 0-2 years of experience in hospital administration or patient care support

- •Prior experience in inpatient department (IPD) operations
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Proficiency in hospital information systems (HIS)
