ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead ADaM and TLF programming initiatives at Syneos Health to drive clinical trial success and data integrity.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Develop and maintain programs to create analysis datasets, tables, and figures
- •Provide comprehensive statistical programming support
- •Source, organize, and interpret complex data sets
- •Collaborate with statisticians to understand requirements
- •Evaluate existing programming processes and implement improvements
- •Direct the work of lower-level professionals and mentor team members
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Statistical Programming Manager • Team size: 6-12

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in statistical programming and data analysis
- Strong experience of ADaM & TLF programming
- SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 or equivalent certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience with efficacy endpoints
- •Certification in data analysis or statistical programming
