ROLE OVERVIEW
Join Fortis Healthcare as a Resident Multispecialty clinician in Kalyan and provide exceptional patient care backed by world-class infrastructure.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Assess and diagnose patient conditions across multispecialty departments
- •Monitor inpatient recovery and adjust treatment plans in consultation with senior consultants
- •Maintain accurate and up-to-date Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- •Participate in departmental academic rounds, clinical research, and quality audits
- •Coordinate emergency responses and patient handovers across shifts
- •Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and prognosis
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Head of Clinical Services • Team size: Cross-functional medical team

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent)
- Valid state medical council registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Post-graduate qualification or diploma in a clinical specialty
- •Prior residency experience in a multispecialty hospital environment
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
