ROLE OVERVIEW
Provide patient-centered occupational therapy and rehabilitation services in Kolathur.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Assess patient physical and cognitive capabilities through standardized evaluations and clinical observations
- •Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs
- •Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, sensory integration, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- •Monitor patient progress, adapt treatment plans as needed, and document clinical notes accurately
- •Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment usage, and safety measures
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Head of Rehabilitation Services • Team size: 3-5 therapy staff

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT)
- Valid state council registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High empathy and patience in patient care
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation center
- •Certification in specialized pediatric or neurological therapy techniques
