ROLE OVERVIEW
Join Accenture as a Health Operations New Associate to drive digital transformation in healthcare and manage life sciences regulatory operations.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Process applications, renewals, and cancellations
- •Maintain accurate member records
- •Coordinate essential documentation and resources for global applications
- •Understand, manage, and process electronic submissions including original application filings and Life Cycle Management submissions
- •Address member inquiries and communicate benefits
- •Work in rotational shifts as required
