ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead global commercial analytics for Amgen's obesity business, driving strategy, sales execution, and U.S. market intelligence from Hyderabad.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Set the commercial analytics agenda for obesity
- •Shape analysis informing product strategy and launch readiness
- •Lead analysis for field sizing, customer segmentation, and HCP/account effectiveness
- •Develop predictive models, scenario simulations, and driver analyses
- •Build and lead a high-performing India-based analytics team
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Executive Director, Obesity Intelligence & Analytics • Team size: Global commercial analytics team
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of relevant experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, Public Health
- •Substantial experience in commercial analytics, strategic insights, or consulting within pharma/biotech
- •U.S. commercialization expertise
