ROLE OVERVIEW

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
- •Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage life support equipment
- •Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- •Maintain accurate patient medical records and observation notes
- •Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical changes in patient status
- •Educate and support patients and their families during critical care treatment
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Nursing Supervisor / ICU Head • Team size: Varies by shift

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / General Nursing and Midwifery)
- Valid nursing license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate patient care and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Prior experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- •Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
