Key Responsibilities
Lead formulation development and new product development projects.
Plan and execute laboratory and pilot plant batches.
Conduct stability and aging studies.
Maintain scientific documentation and technical records.
Ensure compliance with product safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Support product innovation and technology transfer.
Perform statistical analysis and experimental design.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Packaging, and Global Technology Centers.
Develop consumer-focused product claims.
Identify cost optimization opportunities through formulation improvements.
Qualify new raw material suppliers.
Mentor interns and junior researchers.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within R&D.
