ROLE OVERVIEW
Manage strategic corporate hospital and institutional accounts in Delhi, driving pharmaceutical business growth through strategic account planning, value-based selling, stakeholder engagement, and compliant execution.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Develop and execute strategic account plans for key hospitals and corporate accounts
- •Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory
- •Identify new hospital opportunities and expand existing institutional business
- •Build relationships with KOLs, KBLs, hospital administrators, purchase teams, pharmacists, microbiologists, intensivists, infectious disease specialists, anaesthesiologists, and other stakeholders
- •Analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and market dynamics to increase product adoption
- •Develop conversion strategies for new product introductions and institutional business
- •Manage corporate accounts and monitor performance to maximize business potential
- •Build state-wise sales forecasts and collaborate with internal functions on business plans
Reporting Hierarchy: Works cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence, Finance, and other internal stakeholders; Account-focused sales leadership role

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Science, B.Sc., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent
- Minimum 4+ years of successful hospital pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven experience managing corporate hospitals and institutional key accounts
- Strong understanding of institutional selling and hospital business
- Experience developing strategic customer relationships
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Strong record of sales growth and business expansion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •MBA preferred
- •Experience with high-end antibiotics, anti-infectives, critical care, or related specialty portfolios
- •Experience with CRM/Sales Force Automation tools
