ROLE OVERVIEW
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and availability of tender-related data to drive commercial and market access strategies at Sanofi Business Operations.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Own the end-to-end lifecycle of tender data across assigned markets and therapeutic areas
- •Deliver actionable insights on tender outcomes, pricing trends, and competitive positioning
- •Act as the central data partner for commercial, pricing, and market access teams
- •Collect, consolidate, and maintain comprehensive tender data from internal and external sources
- •Implement and monitor data quality controls, conducting regular audits and enforcing governance
- •Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Tender Management Lead • Team size: SBO Data & Commercial Operations Team
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree in Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Analytics
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in data management, business analysis, or market access
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
- •Familiarity with public tender processes or government procurement frameworks
- •Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
