ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end delivery of clinical data management services for single or multi-service projects with minimal supervision.
Gather study setup requirements and oversee regular data cleaning activities to maintain high-quality deliverables within timelines.
Perform the role of Data Team Lead (DTL), overseeing project progress, risk mitigation, and implementation of new technology or database revisions.
Lead internal study team meetings and participate in sponsor kick-off meetings and quality audits.
Partner with programming teams for process automation and support the onboarding and training of new team members.
