ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as lead data manager for clinical projects, managing client interactions and cross-functional study team activities.
Lead end-to-end non-CRF external data acquisition (eCOA/ePRO, labs, devices) across study setup, conduct, and closeout.
Develop, negotiate, and maintain Data Transfer Agreements (DTA), Data Transfer Specifications (DTS), and eTMF validation artifacts.
Oversee vendor management, run setup calls, direct user acceptance testing (UAT), create test scripts, and resolve integration defects.
Assist with project forecasting, identification of out-of-scope tasks, contract modification processes, and junior staff mentorship.
