ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Process contracts, HCP agreements, and event compliance documentation within defined timelines.
Manage end-to-end contracting, vendor onboarding, and logistics support for scientific events and external expert engagements.
Partner with cross-functional brand teams, creative agencies, HCOs, and vendors to ensure transparent, compliant event operations.
Provide user support and technical administration for Veeva Vault CRM Events Management, SpotMe, CVent, and OneCRM platforms.
Track project timelines, perform budget management and financial reconciliations, and maintain regular stakeholder communications.
