ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively manage complex executive calendars, schedule multi-time zone meetings, and coordinate administrative logistics.
Plan domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and prepare Concur expense reports.
Track departmental budgets, prepare financial planning summaries, and draft presentation materials.
Organize team meetings, offsite events, and special projects across Late Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy.
Maintain confidentiality, manage enterprise databases, and ensure compliance with BMS administrative policies.
