ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing end-to-end data management delivery across multiple large or global clinical trials.
Provide technical expertise and leadership to Data Team Leads (DTLs) on Data Management Plan (DMP) execution, SAE reconciliation, and external data vendor reconciliation.
Oversee financial aspects including SOW management, monthly revenue recognition, budget tracking, out-of-scope identification, and change orders.
Support business development by reviewing RFP documents, assisting with pricing strategy, and participating in client bid defense meetings.
Drive quality management, compliance adherence, process improvements, and mentorship for junior CDM personnel.
