ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee global negotiations of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), financial attachments, and investigator grant budgets.
Manage out-of-parameter escalation queries regarding budgets and legal terms to sponsor decision-makers.
Plan contract execution strategies and forecasts to align CTA timelines with overall study start-up plans.
Prepare site contractual templates, payment terms, and negotiation parameters in collaboration with sponsors.
Train, mentor, and guide site contract negotiators and study team members on CTA processes and SOPs.
