ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute Record-to-Report (R2R) period-end close processes including account reconciliation QC, accounts receivable, accruals, and operational reporting.
Monitor and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities in collaboration with local markets and external vendors.
Prepare balance sheet control reconciliations, period audits, and disaster recovery activities.
Track internal customer satisfaction levels, ensuring strict adherence to compliance, accuracy, and process timelines.
Collaborate with global Finance teams, regional controllers, and third-party service providers on operational deliverables and ad-hoc R2R projects.
