ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and support a team of Data Management professionals in producing high-quality databases that align with customer requirements.
Provide expert guidance on Data Management deliverables, including CRF/e-CRF design, database setup, validation programming, and Data Management Plans.
Conduct regular bi-monthly meetings with direct reports to monitor project timelines, utilization rates, financial status, potential risks, and career progression.
Collaborate with project leads on resource allocation, workload forecasting, and staffing needs while maintaining global process consistency.
Participate in bid defenses, RFP/RFI support, budget management, and internal/external quality audits.
