ROLE OVERVIEW
Abbott is hiring a Therapy Business Manager for Women’s Health in Varanasi. The role covers territory sales, doctor and chemist engagement, and daily field reporting for the EPD Established Pharma division.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Achieve the sales targets set for the assigned territory or geography.
- •Carry out effective field work while operating without direct day-to-day supervision.
- •Report field activity each day through the assigned online system.
- •Meet the division’s call average, coverage, and frequency norms.
- •Generate prescriptions and increase market share for the division.
- •Promote the division’s products according to the agreed strategy.
- •Build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and other stakeholders.
- •Contribute to strategy building and act as a good representative of the brand.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc or B.Pharma
- At least 2 years of experience; freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Prior or current experience in the same therapy area
- •Experience at a multinational or top Indian pharmaceutical company
