ROLE OVERVIEW
Abbott is hiring a Therapy Business Manager for its Neurolife range in Delhi, working in the field to drive sales across an assigned territory. The role suits candidates with a BSc or B.Pharma background and field sales exposure, though freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Achieve the assigned territory or geography sales target
- •Carry out field work without direct day-to-day supervision
- •Report daily field work on the assigned online system
- •Meet the division's call average, coverage and frequency norms
- •Generate prescriptions and increase market share
- •Promote the division's products according to strategy
- •Build relationships with doctors, chemists and stockists
- •Support strategy building and act as a brand ambassador
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc or B.Pharma
- 2 or more years of experience
- Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered
- Fluent and confident communication
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
