ROLE OVERVIEW
Abbott is hiring a Therapy Business Manager for its Neurolife range to handle an assigned Mumbai territory within the Established Pharma division. The job is a field sales role centred on hitting sales targets, driving prescriptions and managing relationships with doctors, chemists and stockists.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Achieve the sales target assigned to the territory or geography.
- •Conduct field work independently, without direct day-to-day supervision.
- •Report field activity daily on the designated online system.
- •Meet the division's call average, coverage and frequency norms.
- •Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
- •Promote the division's products according to the agreed strategy.
- •Build relationships with stakeholders including doctors, chemists and stockists.
- •Support strategy building and represent the brand well.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc or B.Pharma as minimum education
- 2+ years of experience
- Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered
- Fluent and confident in communication
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Prior or current experience in the same therapy area
- •Experience at an MNC or top Indian pharma company
