ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and lead the Cash Accounting team within Global Finance Services (GFS) to deliver treasury accounting operations.
Execute bank reconciliations, clearing of General Ledger transit accounts, and manual GL postings.
Process transactions for financial instruments, debt, loans, and calculate forex net positions for month-end closes.
Ensure operations adhere to Sanofi global accounting policies, IFRS, internal controls, and SOX compliance standards.
Identify process automation opportunities, drive continuous improvement, and mentor team members through individual development plans.
Facilitate regular operational review touchpoints with in-country A2R teams and cross-functional finance stakeholders.
