ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Support the Procurement Data & Analytics group in enabling data-driven decision-making across global procurement functions.
Maintain and update procurement content across platforms, including buying instructions, preferred supplier lists, policy compliance guidelines, and spend taxonomy refreshes.
Support the build phase of analytics use cases, including data gathering, insights reporting, prioritization, integration, and dashboard enhancement.
Process and maintain master data, collaborating with external providers to cleanse and enrich spend data.
Analytics & Stakeholder Engagement
Utilize advanced analytical techniques (predictive analytics, machine learning) to derive actionable procurement insights.
Partner with category leads, capability owners, and cross-functional technology teams to provide data extracts and enable strategy and process improvements (e.g., Buying Portal, Sustainability).
Ensure data and analytics practices adhere to relevant regulatory compliance and data governance standards.
