ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational development, deployment, and support across Production and non-Production Salesforce environments for the Artemis Clinical Artwork tool within an Amgen regulated framework.
Develop, configure, and maintain customized solutions, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC) across Salesforce Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
Support, monitor, and troubleshoot MuleSoft middleware integrations, APIs, and data flows connecting Salesforce with external enterprise platforms like Veeva.
Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using Okta or Microsoft Entra, automated email notification workflows, and electronic signatures.
Resolve routine technical support tickets, perform initial issue triage, correct code defects, and escalate complex technical issues to senior platform engineers.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to remediate code vulnerabilities identified in VeraCode scans and ensure audit readiness.
Participate in Agile/Scrum team ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, daily stand-ups) to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable technical increments.
Support proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and explore emerging technical capabilities, including AI/ML use cases in clinical supply chain operations.
Technical & Domain Standards
Maintain expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, Apex, MuleSoft API integration, and GxP validation standards.
Adhere to strict coding, security, and documentation compliance standards required within a regulated biotechnology and life sciences environment.
Leadership & Business Impact
Partner with cross-functional QA, validation, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance teams to safeguard application integrity.
Take ownership of assigned technical stories to optimize clinical artwork and supply chain operations for worldwide pharmaceutical delivery.
