ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Laboratory Execution System (LES) and Biovia OneLab platform implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across Quality Control labs.
Oversee cross-functional technical teams to deliver validated, audit-ready solutions compliant with GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Develop and maintain exhaustive technical documentation, including system architecture deliverables, integration diagrams, and design/configuration blueprints.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for product owners, bridging communication across Business, IT, Quality Assurance, and Laboratory Operations.
Technical & Domain Standards
Architect and manage complex system-to-system and lab instrument integrations.
Execute SQL database querying, code modifications, and system configurations for GxP digital transformation initiatives.
Utilize Agile delivery frameworks and manage sprint tasks using JIRA, Confluence, and Teams.
