ROLE OVERVIEW
Serve as a Medical Science Liaison in Oncology, providing scientific and educational exchange with thought leaders, supporting clinical research, medical society interactions, advisory boards, congress activities, and scientific education initiatives.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Exchange and disseminate scientific, educational, and research information with oncology thought leaders
- •Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical research activities
- •Respond to medical and scientific queries from medical societies and support advisory boards
- •Attend congresses and conventions to engage thought leaders and gather competitive intelligence
- •Plan and organize scientific training and education activities
- •Identify, profile, segment, and develop engagement strategies for thought leaders
- •Prepare reports and track activities against agreed objectives
- •Provide additional external scientific support, training, and education
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports within the Medical Affairs organization and collaborates with oncology medical teams, thought leaders, medical societies, clinical research stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MD, MBBS, BDS, or MDS qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in Oncology therapy area, specifically solid tumors
- Basic knowledge of Oncology and relevant molecules
- Basic understanding of clinical trials, design, and rationale
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience with medical affairs or MSL activities
- •Experience interacting with oncology thought leaders
- •Exposure to advisory boards, medical societies, congresses, or investigator-initiated research
- •Experience with scientific education and external stakeholder engagement
