ROLE OVERVIEW
Provide emergency clinical care, manage patient records, and coordinate medical procedures as a Resident Medical Officer at HCG in Bangalore.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Manage emergency and ward patient care, monitor treatment progress, and maintain meticulous medical records
- •Accompany consultants during rounds and ensure timely execution of treatment plans
- •Oversee critical procedures including blood transfusions, catheterization, and intubation
- •Monitor oncology and surgical patients, tracking biomarkers, chemotherapy administration, and post-op notes
- •Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure proper medication administration and chart maintenance
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Medical superintendent • Team size: 10-15 clinical staff

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBBS degree
- 0-5 years of clinical experience
- Ability to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
- Strong communication skills and empathetic attitude
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Post-graduate qualification or prior experience in oncology or emergency medicine
