LES, Senior Specialist, Developer (Lab Methods)

Design, build, validate, and deploy digital laboratory methods using BIOVIA LES (OneLab, Compose, Pipeline Pilot) and LabWare LIMS/GLIMS for Quality Control labs.

Convert paper and legacy analytical/microbiology laboratory procedures into structured, reusable, and executable digital workflows.

Architect and support data integration between BIOVIA LES and LabWare/GLIMS, ensuring seamless synchronization of sample lifecycles, aliquoting, chain of custody, calculations, and release decisions.

Configure end-to-end workflows across LES, LIMS, instrument control systems (LabX, Empower), Scitara, and material management platforms via APIs.

Execute full SDLC activities including URS creation, technical design, method configuration, unit testing, and deployment documentation.

Maintain full compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards across all digital method deliverables.

Partner with QC labs, SMEs, QA, and IT teams within an Agile delivery framework using JIRA/Confluence to troubleshoot issues and optimize lab workflows.

Leverage emerging AI technologies and development tools to streamline digital method creation and testing.
