ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Manage assigned centralized laboratory monitoring responsibilities for simple protocols and non-protocol tasks under minimal supervision.
Ensure on-time completion of assigned role-specific trainings, instructor-led sessions, and mandatory e-SOP/WI acknowledgments.
Load and update active clinical databases with details of participating site locations.
Provision user access for the Infosario Portal.
Facilitate on-time documentation readiness forming part of regulatory dossiers for kit shipments, including Kit Contents Charts (KCC), Packing Lists, and Import Permits.
Track and monitor patient laboratory report releases by following up on pending activities with associated teams.
Ensure real-time audit readiness by maintaining complete documentation for all central monitoring activities.
Participate in department and process improvement initiatives where applicable.
Technical & Domain Standards
Maintain strict compliance with company operational standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and clinical trial regulatory guidelines.
Demonstrate proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications for tracking, data entry, and documentation.
Leadership & Impact
Maintain effective working relationships across multi-functional trial management teams and line managers in a fast-paced environment.
Support clinical trial efficiency by reducing laboratory report release delays and maintaining regulatory dossier compliance.
