ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Own multi-department AI/ML engineering strategy and portfolio execution for Amgen's enterprise AI Studio.
Direct the lifecycle delivery of production AI products, classical ML, deep learning, foundation models, GenAI, RAG, and agentic systems.
Lead global engineering teams, building leadership systems and accountability across product managers, platform engineers, and DevOps.
Establish enterprise standards for MLOps/LLMOps, model evaluation, gold-set governance, CI/CD, observability, drift monitoring, and Responsible AI.
