ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Lead commercial growth and customer engagement across Ahmedabad by building and maintaining professional relationships with doctors, hospital teams, clinicians, pharmacists, and local healthcare partners.
Design, execute, and deliver territory business plans driven by customer insight, market trends, and local healthcare priorities.
Conduct regular field visits and professional meetings to share clear, evidence-based scientific and product information.
Capture market and customer feedback, translating real-world insights to shape local strategies and optimize healthcare outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across commercial, medical, and access divisions to address clinical and customer requirements.
Accurately log field activities, customer interactions, and sales outcomes into internal company platforms while ensuring complete adherence to local regulatory standards and company policies.
Technical & Domain Standards
Apply Customer Centric Selling frameworks, scientific literacy, and omnichannel engagement methodologies across assigned therapeutic territories.
Leverage basic data analytics to prioritize doctor calls, optimize travel routes, and drive prescription and sales metrics.
Leadership & Impact
Drive territory performance aligned with GSK's Ahead Together strategy to impact patient health across vaccines, specialty medicines, and general medicines.
Act as an ethical, curious, and insight-driven ambassador for GSK, operating with high integrity and compliance standards.
