ROLE OVERVIEW
Join Kauvery Hospital Alwarpet as an Associate Consultant in Medical Oncology to deliver advanced cancer care, administer chemotherapy, and manage comprehensive patient treatment plans.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations for various cancers
- •Design and oversee chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy regimens
- •Manage adverse effects, toxicities, and oncologic emergencies promptly
- •Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings to determine clinical strategies
- •Provide supportive, palliative, and empathetic care to cancer patients and their families
- •Maintain detailed medical records, chemotherapy protocols, and discharge summaries
- •Engage in continuous clinical research, audits, and medical education programs

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- DM or DrNB in Medical Oncology
- Valid Medical Council / NMC Registration
- Expertise in chemotherapy administration and oncology patient assessment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience with targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and clinical trials
