ROLE OVERVIEW
Abbott is hiring a Territory Business Manager for its Infinia range, covering an assigned territory from Guwahati in Assam. The role involves independent field work, daily sales reporting and building relationships with doctors, chemists and stockists to grow prescriptions and market share.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Achieve the sales target assigned to the territory or geography.
- •Perform field work effectively without direct day-to-day supervision.
- •Record field activity daily on the designated online system.
- •Meet the division's call average, coverage and frequency norms.
- •Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
- •Promote the division's products in line with the defined strategy.
- •Build relationships with stakeholders including doctors, chemists and stockists.
- •Support strategy building and act as a brand ambassador.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc or B.Pharma as minimum education
- 2+ years of experience
- Prior or current experience in the same therapy area
- Fluent and confident communication
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered
- •Experience at an MNC or a top Indian pharma company is an added advantage
