ROLE OVERVIEW
Join AIMS India as an Infection Control Nurse (ICN) in Faridabad to drive hospital hygiene, patient safety, and clinical infection prevention standards.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Monitor and evaluate hospital infection control practices and compliance
- •Conduct routine surveillance of hospital-acquired infections (HAIs)
- •Educate and train nursing and clinical staff on standard precautions and hygiene protocols
- •Maintain comprehensive records and reports of infection rates
- •Audit sterilization processes, biomedical waste management, and environmental cleanliness
- •Collaborate with the Infection Control Committee to formulate policies and guidelines
- •Respond to and investigate outbreaks promptly
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Chief Nursing Officer • Team size: Clinical nursing and quality team

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid State Nursing Council registration
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with specific focus on infection control
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Certification in Infection Control (CIC)
- •Prior experience working in hospital quality or infection control departments
